Banana Pudding Squares

  1. Combine wafers and margarine; press firmly into bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
  2. Mix Neufchatel cheese and powdered sugar until well blended.
  3. Stir in 1 1/2 cups (be sparing) of the whipped topping.
  4. Spread evenly over crust; set aside.
  5. Cut bananas in half crosswise; cut each piece in half lengthwise.
  6. Arrange over Neufchatel cheese mixture.
  7. Pour milk in large bowl.
  8. Add dry pudding mixes.
  9. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
  10. Spoon over bananas.
  11. Spread with remaining whipped topping.
  12. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate.
  13. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
  14. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
