Herbed Spiced Nuts

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl whisk together oil, thyme, salt, and cayenne.
  3. Add nuts and toss to coat well.
  4. Spread nuts and toss to coat well.
  5. Spread nuts in a shallow baking pan and roast in middle of oven 10 minutes.
  6. Nuts may be made 3 days ahead and kept in an airtight container.
  7. Serve nuts warm or at room temperature.
