Sugarless Pie - Tart Cherry Pie

  1. Drain cherries, reserving juice; set cherries aside.
  2. In a saucepan, combine cherry juice and dry pudding mix.
  3. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin powder and sweetener until dissolved.
  5. Stir in the cherries; transfer to pastry shell.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Store in the refrigerator.
