Cafe Au Creme Quebec Recipe

• 1/2 lb Marshmallows (small ones preferred)
• 1/2 c. Boiling strong coffee
• 1/2 pt Whipping cream

1. Pour coffee over marshmallows and stir till dissolved.
2. Whip cream quite stiff and fold into marshmallow mix.
3. Pour into individual bowls.
4. Chill.
5. Garnish with additional whipped cream.
6. Serves 6.
