mexican manicotti
- 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 1/3 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/3 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 packages 8oz uncooked manicotti shells
- 2 1/4 cup water
- 1 jar 16 oz picante sauce
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mexican cheese blend
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 sliced or hole ripe olives optional
- in a large bowl, combine the uncooked beef, beans, chili powder, salt, pepper and oregano.mix well.

- spoon meat mixtrue into the uncooked manicotti shells, arrange in a lightly greased 13x9 in.baking dish.
- now combine picante and water together, pour over shells....cover and refrigerate, over night.
- or at lest more then 12 hours.
- remove from refrigerator, 30 minutes before baking, over with foil and bake for one hour, on 350 F, then uncover, spoon the sour cream over the top.sprinkle with cheese, onion and olives.bake 8 minutes or untill cheese is melted ..take out ready to serve ....enjoy...
