  1. in a large bowl, combine the uncooked beef, beans, chili powder, salt, pepper and oregano.mix well.

  3. spoon meat mixtrue into the uncooked manicotti shells, arrange in a lightly greased 13x9 in.baking dish.
  4. now combine picante and water together, pour over shells....cover and refrigerate, over night.
  5. or at lest more then 12 hours.
  6. remove from refrigerator, 30 minutes before baking, over with foil and bake for one hour, on 350 F, then uncover, spoon the sour cream over the top.sprinkle with cheese, onion and olives.bake 8 minutes or untill cheese is melted ..take out ready to serve ....enjoy...
