Chrysanthemum Greens & Chicken with Sesame Sauce
- 1 bunch Chrysanthemum greens
- 100 grams Chicken breast
- 3 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Thoroughly boil the chicken breasts and let cool in water.
- Once cooled, use your hands to shred into strips.
- Boil the chrysanthemum greens for about 20 seconds, then strain.
- Cut into 5 cm pieces.
- Put the chrysanthemum and chicken in a bowl.
- Add the soy sauce, salt, and sugar, and massage everything together.
- Once everything has been mixed together, add the sesame oil and ground sesame seeds and lightly stir once.
