Parmesan Toasts

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet in one layer.
  3. Season them with salt and pepper and dust them with the Parmesan.
  4. Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 15 minutes.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
