Shortbread Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

  1. Cream butter and confectioners' sugar.
  2. Add in vanilla, salt and flour till well blended.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  5. Flatten to 1 1/2 inch rounds with fork.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. NOTE: Bottom of cookie should be light brown.
  9. Do not let them get dark or possibly they will be hard.
