French-Style Peas
- 2 packages frozen peas
- 14 cup butter, cut into pieces
- 4 shredded lettuce leaves
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- Place the frozen peas on a large square of heavy-duty foil.
- Top with butter, lettuce, sugar and a light sprinkling of salt and pepper.
- Seal foil into packet and place on grill 8 inches above gray coals.
- Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning packet every 5 minutes.
