Luiza's Beer Batter For Fish Recipe

• 1 c. beer
• 2 Large eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 c. corn meal
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1 c. flour

1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Let mix stand about a half hour before using.
3. Dry fish well and dip in batter.
4. Deep fry for best results.
5. This batter can also be used for shrimp and scallops or possibly any other seafood.
