Brisket Ii Recipe

  1. In the bottom of a Dutch Oven, slice the onions.
  2. Place brisket on top.
  3. Add in ketchup, onion soup mix, ginger ale and wine.
  4. Cook for 2-2 1/2 hrs till fork tender.
  5. Cold and slice.
  6. Note: May be made ahead and frzn.
  7. May be simmered on top of the stove or possibly placed in a 350 degree oven for the same time.
  8. If you want more gravy, you can add in more ginger ale or possibly water.
