Savoury Vegetable Rolls
- 14 cup seasoned stuffing mix
- 14 teaspoon sage
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 12 red capsicum, diced
- 1 (310 g) can creamed corn
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- sesame seeds
- Combine first 7 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Cut astry sheets in half, lengthwise.
- Spread mixture evenly along the centre of each strip.
- Moisten edges with water.
- Roll up as for a sausage roll to enclose filling.
- Cut roll into 4 pieces.
- Place on a lightly greased oven tray.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 220C for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
