Savoury Vegetable Rolls

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cut astry sheets in half, lengthwise.
  4. Spread mixture evenly along the centre of each strip.
  5. Moisten edges with water.
  6. Roll up as for a sausage roll to enclose filling.
  7. Cut roll into 4 pieces.
  8. Place on a lightly greased oven tray.
  9. Brush with beaten egg.
  10. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  11. Bake at 220C for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
