Texas Tea
- 1 quart water
- 6 green tea bags
- 12 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 quart pink lemonade
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ice
- Bring water just to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
- Add tea bags and mint.
- Simmer one minute, then remove from heat and let steep for 4 minutes.
- Strain into a pitcher and let liquid cool.
- Mix in the pink lemonade and lime juice.
- Serve in tall glasses with lots of ice.
