Italian A.1. Steakburger

  1. Burgers: Combine all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Form into 1/3-lb.
  3. patties.
  4. Mushroom Topping: Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until caramelized; transfer to bowl.
  5. Stir in mustard and A.1.
  6. ; set aside.
  7. Bistro Mayo: Whisk all ingredients until well blended; set aside.
  8. For each burger: Grill 1 patty to desired doneness.
  9. Top with 1 cheese slice.
  10. Spread 2 Tbsp.
  11. Bistro Mayo onto cut sides of roll.
  12. Fill with prepared burger, 2 Tbsp.
  13. Mushroom Topping, 1 tomato slice and 1 lettuce leaf.
