Turkey Scallopini in Mushroom-Onion Sauce

  1. Pound turkey to 1/4-inch thickness.
  2. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add turkey; cook 1 min.
  5. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  6. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
  7. Add remaining dressing to skillet; stir in mushrooms, onions and thyme.
  8. Cook 10 min.
  9. or until mushrooms are tender, stirring frequently.
  10. Add broth and cream cheese; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
  11. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
  12. Return turkey to sauce; cook 2 min.
  13. or until turkey is done and sauce is heated through.
  14. Sprinkle with parsley.
