Cheesy Beef & Veggie Pasta

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, brown meat in large deep skillet on medium-high heat; drain, leaving meat in skillet.
  3. Add carrots and onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally
  4. Drain pasta.
  5. Add to meat mixture with milk, peas and VELVEETA; stir.
  6. Cook on medium-low heat 5 min.
  7. or until VELVEETA is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
  8. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
