Easy Panko Toasted Hanpen
- 2 small Hanpen
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 Krazy Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 Japanese mustard
- 1 Panko
- 1 Grated cheese
- Combine mayonnaise, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and mix well.
- Slice the hanpen into thirds, make a cut into the sides, and spread Japanese mustard.
- Cut these sections again into thirds to make cubes.
- Coat the hanpen in the sauce, transfer to a heat-resistant dish, sprinkle with panko and grated cheese, then bake in an oven or toaster oven until golden brown.
- Serve 'em up!
