• 1 med aubergine
• 16 ounce tomato sauce
• 1 c. bread crumbs, seasoned Italian Style
• 1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese (powdered is fine)
• 2 x egg whites
• 1/2 c. lowfat mozzarella cheese if you like or possibly nonfat mozzarella cheese
