Grilled BCT Sandwich
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 slices Bread (your Favorite, We Love Sourdough)
- 2 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 ounces, weight White Cheddar Cheese
- 4 slices Bacon, Cooked Crisp
- 4 slices Beefsteak Tomato
- Spread the butter evenly over the slices of bread.
- Place half of the slices of bread butter side down in a nonstick skillet and turn to low heat.
- Layer the two cheeses on top of each slice and top with bacon slices (2 per sandwich) and tomato slices (2 per sandwich).
- Top with the remaining slices of bread and cook each sandwich to golden perfection on both sides, and of course, until the cheese is ooey gooey!
