Seafood Chowder Recipe

  1. Saute/fry celery and onion in butter 5 min.
  2. Add in flour and cook slowly for 12 min.
  3. Add in fish stock, potatoes, and all seasonings.
  4. Simmer 30 min.
  5. Add in fish and clams; bring back to a slow boil.
  6. Before serving, add in half-and-half and heat.
