Russian Bbq Chicken Recipe
- 2 fryers, cut up
- 1 (8 ounce.) Russian dressing
- 2 env. onion soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce.) jar apricot and pineapple jam
- Lay chicken in pan.
- Mix the dry onion soup into the Russian dressing.
- Pour this over top of chicken, then dab the jam on top of chicken.
- As it cooks, spoon up the jam and dressing over the chicken.
- Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour to 1 hour and 45 min.
