Pepper Medley Spinach Salad

• 1-1/2 gal. fresh spinach leves, cleaned, torn
• 2 cups Mixed red and yellow peppers, roasted, chopped Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
• 1-1/2 cups red onions, sliced
• 1-1/2 cups Canned beets, drained, thinly sliced
• 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing
• 3/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces, cooked, drained
• 1-1/2 cups KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1. Toss spinach with peppers, onions and beets in large bowl.
2. Add dressing; mix lightly.
3. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
