Blueberry Cheesecake in a Mug

• 2 graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1/3 cup)
• 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
• 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup fresh blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09

1. Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottoms of 4 microwaveable 8-oz.
2. mugs sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla in medium bowl until blended.
4. Add egg; mix well.
5. Gently stir in blueberries; pour over crusts.
6. Cover each with small square of waxed paper sprayed with cooking spray, sprayed side down.
7. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
8. Cool slightly.
