Buffalo Chicken Taquitos!
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 13 cups Hot Sauce
- 13 cups Milk
- 4 cups Boneless, Skinless Chicken, Cooked And Shredded
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 16 whole Flour Tortillas (small Size)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 425 F. 2.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- 3.
- Add in salt, Cajun seasoning and garlic powder.
- Stir for 1 minute.
- 4.
- Add softened cream cheese and stir until melted and completely combined with butter.
- 5.
- Whisk in the hot sauce and milk and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
- 6.
- Combine chicken, sauce and mozzarella cheese in the bowl of your stand mixer and combine using the mixer.
- 7.
- Lay out a tortilla, fill with about 1/4 cup of filling and roll it up tightly.
- 8.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and repeat with the remaining ingredients until chicken is gone.
- 9.
- Brush taquitos with olive oil 10.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- 11.
- Cut in half and serve warm!
