Seafood Florentine Recipe

  1. Thaw meat and retain liquid.
  2. Place butter in saucepan on medium heat.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Gradually add in lowfat milk, half and half, wine and crab liquid.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat till sauce is smooth and thick.
  6. Stir in cheese, salt, paprika, chives and/or possibly onions.
  7. Stir till cheese is melted.
  8. Mix in crab meat.
  9. Cook spinach according to package directions and place 1/2 of the package in well-greased 1 qt casserole.
  10. Pour in seafood mix.
  11. Top with bread crumbs.
  12. Bake 15 min at 400 degrees till golden.
