Easy Vegetable Beef Soup
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 4 (15 ounce) cans mixed vegetables
- 4 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- In a large soup pot, cook ground meat over medium heat until browned.
- Drain grease from the pot.
- Add chopped onion, mixed vegetables, and tomatoes.
- Give it a stir.
- Reduce heat, and simmer for about 3 to 4 hours.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
