Easy Guacamole
- 3 Avocados
- 1/2 Serrano Chile
- 1/4 cups Coriander
- 2 Limes
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- 1/2 cups Water, Or Less
- Cut the avocados in half.
- With the knife, take the pit out and cut the avocados in segments.
- Scoop them out with a spoon and place them in a clean bowl while you cut them all.
- Now cut the serrano chile.
- I only use less than a half of the serrano chile because it is really spicy.
- (You can take the seeds out if you want.)
- Now throw the sliced avocados, coriander, lemon juice, serrano chile and salt and pepper into a blender.
- Mix until smooth, adding water if needed.
- Pour into a plate.
- Decorate with a leaf of coriander and cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole to prevent oxidation.
- Refrigerate until served.
