Cheesy Beef and Veggie Pasta

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package and drain.
  2. While pasta is cooking, brown meat in large deep skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  3. Return meat to skillet and add carrots and onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Add pasta to meat mixture with milk, peas and Velveeta; stir.
  5. Cook on medium-low heat 5 minute or until Velveeta is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
