Beefy Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

• 1 pound lean grnd beef
• 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
• 1 teaspoon minced chives
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 18 lg. mushrooms
• 2/3 c. dry white wine

2. Thoroughly mix grnd beef, horseradish, chives, garlic and pepper in medium bowl.

4. Remove stems from mushrooms; stuff mushroom caps with beef mix.

6. Place stuffed mushrooms in shallow baking dish; pour wine over mushrooms.
7. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven till meat is browned, about 20 min.
8. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
