Beefy Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon minced chives
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 18 lg. mushrooms
- 2/3 c. dry white wine

- Thoroughly mix grnd beef, horseradish, chives, garlic and pepper in medium bowl.
- 2.
- Remove stems from mushrooms; stuff mushroom caps with beef mix.
- 3.
- Place stuffed mushrooms in shallow baking dish; pour wine over mushrooms.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven till meat is browned, about 20 min.
- Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
