Tart Crust with a Plastic Bag
- 100 grams Pancake mix
- 40 grams Butter
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Place the butter in a plastic bag and knead until soft.
- Add in the pancake mix and knead some more.
- Once the mixture has come together, add milk and knead.
- Bring the dough together again into one clump.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or more.
- Roll it out after chilling.
- Press the dough into the tart pan.
- Pierce the surface of the dough with a fork to make shallow holes (poke lots of holes near the edges!!
- ).
- Bake for 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 190C.
- To finish, decorate with toppings if you wish.
