Chicken Cornbread Casserole
- 2 (6 ounce) packages cornbread stuffing mix
- 23 cup butter
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 16 ounces sour cream
- Melt butter and add one box of stuffing.
- Spread in bottom of baking dish.
- Layer remaining ingredients in order: chicken, sour cream, soup and milk (mixed), remainder of dressing.
- Pour broth over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
