Mock Baby Ruth Bars
- 34 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 14 cup light corn syrup
- 14 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
- 1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips
- 23 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup cocktail peanuts
- Stir first 5 ingredients in saucepan over low heat until blended.
- Pour over oatmeal stirring to mix.
- Press into greased 13x9x2-in.
- pan.
- Bake in 375 degree oven 12 minutes.
- Melt chips and peanut butter and add peanuts.
- Spread over bars.
- Cool.
- Cut into bars.
- Additional chopped nuts may be sprinkled on top.
