Okra Sambol

  1. Pour the oil into a frying pan and set over medium-high heat.
  2. When hot, put in the cut okra.
  3. Stir and fry for 67 minutes or until okra is lightly browned.
  4. Remove with a slotted spoon and put in a bowl.
  5. Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl.
  6. Mix well and taste, adjusting to get the perfect balance.
