Scalloped Potatoes with Ham
- 10 whole Potatoes
- 4 cups Milk (Vitamin D Or 2%)
- 3 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 8 Tablespoons Flour
- 16 ounces, weight Thinly Sliced Honey Roasted Ham
- 8 ounces, weight Medium Sharp Cheese
- Thinly slice potatoes into a casserole dish or roaster pan.
- Heat milk on stovetop slowly in a sauce pan and in a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, flour.
- Pour milk mixture and flour mixture over potatoes.
- Chop and add ham.
- Add grated cheese.
- Add more salt and pepper.
- Mix.
- Cover and cook in oven for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
