Light Thai Beef Salad
- 200g gourmet lettuce mix
- 120g fresh baby corn, lightly cooked, halved
- 1 cup snow pea sprouts
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 400g rump steak, trimmed of all visible fat before cooking
- 2 tablespoons Thai style red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons unsalted peanuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Italian Dressing
- Toss lettuce mix, baby corn, snowpea sprouts and onion in a serving dish.
- Spread rump steak with curry paste, and cook on a pre heated BBQ plate or pan.
- Slice into strips, (see handy hint) add to salad, garnish with coriander and peanuts.
- Drizzle salad with dressing and serve.
