Dressed-Up Pasta and Pepper Salad
- 2-1/2 cups (6 oz.) rotini pasta or bow tie pasta, cooked, drained
- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 8 pitted ripe olives
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/2 tsp.
- 1 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- Mix all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
- Toss to coat with dressing.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
