Middle Eastern Beef Kebabs

  1. In a large bowl, toss beef with all of the other ingredients.
  2. Cover and let stand 1-2 hours at room temperature or up to 24 hours refrigerated.
  3. Prepare a hot grill.
  4. Place beef onto skewers, reserving marinade.
  5. Grill, 12-15 minutes, basting with the marinade.
