Farmhouse Recipe Chinese-style Corn Soup

  1. Blend the water and corn in a blender.
  2. Pour the Step 1 mixture into a pot, and turn on the heat to medium.
  3. When it starts to boil, add Weipa, and dissolve.
  4. Pour in katakuriko dissolved in water to thicken.
  5. Pour in the beaten egg, and mix.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with sesame oil, then it's done.
  7. It's thick, fluffy and delicious.
