Singles Sliders

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush onions and tomatoes with oil.
  3. Grill 2 min., turning tomatoes after 1 min.
  4. Remove tomatoes from grill.
  5. Grill onions 6 min., turning after 3 min.
  6. Cool.
  7. Meanwhile, mix meat and oregano; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  8. Grill 3 to 5 min.
  9. on each side or until done (160 degrees F), topping with Singles pieces and adding buns to the grill to toast for the last 2 min.
  10. Chop onions and tomatoes; place in medium bowl.
  11. Add vinegar and lemon juice; mix lightly.
  12. Spoon onto bottom halves of buns; cover with spinach, burgers and tops of buns.
