Aloo Gobi

  1. Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion until light brown.
  2. Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on a slow fire until vegetables are done.
  5. Garnish and serve hot.
