Marinade For Grilling Fish Recipe

• 1/2 c. corn oil
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. minced fresh garlic
• 1 tbsp. minced onion or possibly shallots
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1. Mix the above and use as a marinade for fresh fish.
2. I usually marinade 15-20 min.
3. I use with tuna, salmon and grouper steaks.
