Best Butter Roll Out Cookies Recipe

  1. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
  2. Beat in vanilla and egg.
  3. Add in baking pwdr and flour one c. at a time.
  4. The dough will be very stiff, add in the last of the flour by hand.
  5. Don't refrigeratedough.
  6. Roll out on floured board 1/8 inch thick and cut out cookies with cutters.
  7. Bake on top rack of oven 6-7 min just till LIGHTLY golden brown.
  8. Cold on cooling grid and ice.
