Roasted Garlic-Green Bean Casserole
- 1 head garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen green beans, thawed, drained
- 26 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
- Cut 1/4 inch off top of garlic head, leaving papery skins intact; discard top.
- Place garlic head on sheet of foil; drizzle with 1/2 tsp.

- Wrap in foil.
- Bake 30 min.
- Cool.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Slip roasted garlic from skins into large bowl; mash to a paste.
- Add sour cream, cheeses and mayo; mix well.
- Add beans; stir to evenly coat.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix cracker crumbs and remaining oil; sprinkle over bean mixture.
- Bake 25 min.
