Roasted Garlic-Green Bean Casserole

  1. Cut 1/4 inch off top of garlic head, leaving papery skins intact; discard top.
  2. Place garlic head on sheet of foil; drizzle with 1/2 tsp.
  3. oil.
  4. Wrap in foil.
  5. Bake 30 min.
  6. Cool.
  7. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Slip roasted garlic from skins into large bowl; mash to a paste.
  8. Add sour cream, cheeses and mayo; mix well.
  9. Add beans; stir to evenly coat.
  10. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  11. Mix cracker crumbs and remaining oil; sprinkle over bean mixture.
  12. Bake 25 min.
  13. or until heated through.
