Spinach Salad With Strawberries

• 3 tablespoons orange juice
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 tablespoons dried basil
• 14 teaspoon thyme
• 14 teaspoon xanthan gum
• 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 18 teaspoon salt
• 18 teaspoon white pepper
• 14 cup olive oil
• 10 ounces Baby Spinach
• 1 pint strawberry
• 1 cup pecan halves, toasted

1. whisk together oj, lemon juice, honey, basil, thyme, xantham gum, cayenne pepper, salt, white pepper and oil until smooth.
2. place cleaned spinach in a bowl.
3. add strawberries & pecans.
4. top with dressing.
