Sticky Balsamic Honey-Glazed Wings
- 3 pounds (28) chicken wingettes and drummies
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger root
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, if desired
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray.
- Place chicken onto prepared pan.
- Bake 30 minutes; drain off fat.
- Reduce heat to 375F.
- Combine all glaze ingredients in bowl.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake, turning occasionally, 25-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Place chicken onto serving plate.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
