Italian Beef Sandwiches W/ Pepper Rings

  1. Cut the roast in half and place in a crock pot.
  2. Mix the beef broth/water with the Italian Dressing mix.
  3. Pour mixture over roast.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. (As a side note, since I am home most of the day.
  6. I usually cook it on high for 2 hours, low for 3.

  9. Remove roast from crock pot and shred with a fork.
  10. Place shredded beef back into crock pot.
  11. Add banana pepper rings.
  12. Heat through.
  13. Serve on bread as sandwiches.
