Shrimp Fried Rice with Ginger

  1. Cook rice with its flavoring packet according to package directions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in heavy large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add vegetables, shrimp, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender and shrimp are just opaque in center, about 4 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice and hoisin sauce to skillet.
  6. Stir to blend.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
