Easy Vegetable Salad Recipe
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 bunch green scallions, minced (include tops)
- 1 (16 ounce.) can green beans (French cut)
- 1 (17 ounce.) can Leseuer peas
- 1 (12 ounce.) can shoepeg corn
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar pimento
- (A great cool salad for any time of the year.)
