Easy Beef Stew

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. of the oil in Dutch oven or large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
  4. or until browned on all sides.
  5. Remove steak from saucepan; cover to keep warm.
  6. Cook onions and peppers in remaining 1 Tbsp.
  7. oil in same pan 2 to 3 min.
  8. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  9. Add broth and steak; bring to boil.
  10. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  11. Simmer 1 hour or until steak is tender.
  12. Stir in steak sauce.
  13. Serve over rice.
