An Easy Cafe-style Rice Bowl with Avocado and Pork

  1. Boil hot water in a small pot and boil bite-size pork.
  2. When the color of the pork changes, it's cooked.
  3. Drain in a sieve.
  4. Wash the small pot you used in Step 1 and put in all ingredients in.
  5. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens and comes to a boil on middle to high heat.
  6. Plate cooked rice and transfer the pork from step 1 to the plate.
  7. Arrange cubed avocado and lay a soft boiled egg (or an egg yolk) in the middle.
  8. Top with white sesame seeds, mayonnaise, green onion or shredded seaweed.
  9. Pour the sauce from Step 2 right before eating and mix it while enjoying it.
